Shipping & Policies
1. Shipping Time
Items stating Made to Order may take up to 10 business days; Otherwise, please allow 2-5 business days for the shipment of your order.
Important: Orders placed during virtual market updates, collection release dates, sale promotions, and major holidays may take up to two weeks to ship. Items may take longer to arrive due to COVID-19, severe weather conditions, and busy holiday seasons.
I am the only person running my shop and suffer from bilateral wrist pain, so please be patient with me! :)
2. International Orders
Due to recent changes to GPSR (General Product Safety Regulations), shipping to Europe and Northern Ireland is discontinued until further notice.
For all other international shoppers, please triple check that your address is formatted correctly! If you come across other issues, you can contact me via e-mail or Instagram, and I'll assist you as best and quickly as possible.
Int'l shoppers may be responsible for additional fees upon shipment and delivery.
3. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations
No exchanges or cancellations. For returns and refunds, please refer to policies 3 through 5. All items under Thrift & Vintage and Gift Cards are strictly final sale and non-refundable.
4. Defective or damaged jewelry
For defective jewelry upon arrival, you may contact me within 14 days of delivery. Buyer may be asked for photos or video of defective items.
For jewelry damaged during shipment, you may contact me for a possible replacement but it is not guaranteed. Please note that I package all orders as securely as I can and am not responsible for damages caused by the courier.
5. Missing packages
All buyers assume responsibility of reporting a claim with the courier of their missing order.
